Orders & Payments
How can I order flowers?
You can order flowers online at www.ruzemichael.cz, through our social media on Facebook and Instagram, by phone at +420 739 272 229, or in person at our boutique in Prague 6, Evropská 1727/53.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by online card payment, cash or card upon personal pickup, bank transfer, and via Apple Pay or Google Pay. For corporate and regular clients, we offer invoicing with individual terms.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Yes. Changes to the address, delivery date, or personal message are best handled by phone as soon as possible. We can even adjust delivery during transport to make sure the bouquet arrives exactly where it should.
Delivery
How quickly do you deliver in Prague and across the Czech Republic?
In Prague, we offer same-day delivery as quickly as possible. All orders are delivered using our own transportation, giving us full control over freshness and safety. We also deliver across the Czech Republic with the same top-level care and presentation.
Is personal pickup available at your boutique?
Yes. Personal pickup and in-store order placement with delivery are available at Evropská 1727/53, Prague 6. Our team will gladly help you choose the perfect flowers for any occasion.
Can I choose an exact delivery time? Do you offer discreet or surprise delivery?
Yes. We do our best to keep to the exact time depending on traffic conditions, and we are highly precise and flexible. Discreet handover and surprise delivery are a natural part of our service.
Until what time do I need to order for same-day delivery?
In Prague, we offer same-day delivery if you place your order by:
• smaller bouquets by 7:00 PM • large/luxury bouquets by 4:00 PM.
Outside Prague, we deliver as soon as possible on the following day depending on distance and capacity.

What if the recipient is not at home?
We never give up – we will do everything possible to complete the delivery. Our courier always looks for a solution: contacting the recipient, confirming an alternative address, or arranging a second delivery attempt.
Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
Within Prague, there is no minimum order value. For delivery outside Prague, the minimum order value is CZK 2,500.
How do you ensure safe delivery in extreme weather?
Weather does not affect our delivery quality – flowers are transported in controlled conditions (temperature, humidity). They always arrive fresh and undamaged.
Care & Quality
How should I care for a bouquet so it lasts as long as possible?
Our bouquets are prepared for water immediately upon handover. We recommend using a clean vase, trimming the stems daily, and changing the water regularly. Thanks to our careful selection of flower varieties, our bouquets offer excellent longevity even with minimal care.

Where do your flowers come from?
From different parts of the world – exclusively from premium growers who meet the highest quality standards.
Are the bouquet photos on your e-shop real?
Yes, all photos are real and without artificial enhancements. In person, our flowers are often even more beautiful – their fragrance and texture cannot be captured perfectly through a lens.
Personalization
Will I receive gift wrapping and a personal message with my order?
Luxury gift wrapping is always included with every order. We can adapt the paper style upon request (please mention it in the note) – otherwise, we choose the look that best suits the bouquet. We also include a message card (handwritten or printed), and upon request, even custom text on the gift ribbon.
Can you create a custom flower arrangement?
Yes. We can create virtually anything from flowers – simply tell us the occasion, style, colors, or budget, and we will prepare the perfect proposal.
Can you send a photo or video of the bouquet before dispatch?
This is not a standard part of the order, but we are happy to send it – simply add your request to the order note (photo or short video).

What if a specific flower variety is unavailable?
We update our offer regularly. If a specific variety is exceptionally unavailable, we will suggest the closest suitable alternative and discuss everything with you in advance to ensure maximum satisfaction with the final result.
How do you handle complaints or delivery issues?
We practically do not encounter complaints – we handle deliveries ourselves and work only with top-quality flowers. If any issue ever arises, we resolve it immediately to the customer’s satisfaction.

Yes. We provide complete floral and decorative styling for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, receptions, and private celebrations – tailored to the style and space.
Do you offer regular flower deliveries for businesses?
Yes. We provide weekly and monthly floral service for offices, hotels, restaurants, and receptions. We have many successful long-term partnerships.
Do you have a loyalty program for regular clients?
Yes – for regular customers and businesses, we offer a loyalty program with individual benefits and tailored conditions.

Yes. Ordering in advance is ideal – you choose the date and time, and we take care of everything else, delivering exactly when it matters most.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes – Růže Michael gift vouchers are available for purchase at our Prague 6 boutique (Evropská 1727/53). We are happy to advise you on the value and gift presentation.
How quickly can you prepare large bouquets?
Even our largest bouquets are prepared expressly and with precision. For example, we can tie a 101-rose bouquet in a record time of under 7 minutes.
